How TLC works with you to build capability

Effective communication training starts with clear objectives and follows a proven path to success.

1. GOAL SETTING

We start by working with you and your team to assess where things stand with you, understand your capability building requirements and your objectives.

3. PLANNING

We develop a detailed curriculum and timeline and illustrate the programs we will implement to deliver your objectives. Our programs are flexible and allow us to offer a generalised refresher program or focus all our attention on a particular problem area.

5. ASSESSMENTS

Once the training is complete, we conduct assessments that can be measured against the pre-training benchmarks. Managers play an active role in these assessments and are able to gauge for themselves the impact of the training.

2. BENCHMARKING

We conduct baseline assessments to determine the level of training, areas of focus and accurate grouping of all participants.

4. TRAINING

Our programs are a mix of gamification, activity based learning, academy learning and familiar environment training. Whenever possible, we conduct our programs on campus to ensure that participants are in a familiar environment, at ease and eager to participate.

6. SUPPORT

If during training, we identify participants who need a little extra attention, we offer an assistance program that allows them access to our trainers and resources for an extended period, determined by need.
